Behavioural counselling -It focuses on a broad range of the person's behaviour. A person has difficulties because of deficit or excess behaviour. Counsellors, here, take a behavioural approach and seek to help the client learn appropriate ways of acting and help them modify excessive action, with one-to-one sessions and workshops. Addiction - Addiction is some action doing more than its necessity. It is an inability to stop using something which is harmful. It's about the way your body and brain crave that particular action which is hazardous for the person's life.
Examples: drugs, alcohol, internet, work, too many eating habits,
etc... The counsellors work here to do is to make the client realise their strong potentials which can help them to get out of their addiction.
